THIS IS MY FIRST POST AND I WOULD JUST LIKE TO INTRODUCE MY NEW BLOG TO YOU AND LET ANYONE WHO VIEWS IT TO SEE AND UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT.
I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE MY PERCEPTIONS AND EXPERIENCES OF MINDFULNESS AND HOW IT EFFECTS ONES ABILITY TO RELIEVE STRESS, BE MORE AWARE OF YOURSELF AND WITHIN YOURSELF AS WELL AS YOUR SURROUNDINGS.
I WILL DO MY BEST TO POST WEEKLY, IF NOT MORE OFTEN, AND TO LET YOU KNOW HOW IT EFFECTS MY EVERYDAY LIFE AND THE TOOLS AND ACTIVITIES THAT HELP ME SO MUCH! NOT TO MENTION MY FAVORITE ACT OF MINDFULNESS- THE PROCESS OF TANGLING...WHICH WE WILL EXPLORE ALONG WITH OTHER ART AS WELL. I WILL GATHER MY THOUGHTS AND MY FILES, AND SHALL RETURN WITHIN THE WEEK TO START THIS NEW JOURNEY...I HOPE TO HAVE SOME COMPANY ALONG THE WAY. :))
I've had a rough couple of weeks and have been set back on my expected personal agenda, and that includes sharing with you all as I try be mindful and in the moment at all times.
ReplyDeleteI will share the quotes, photos, statements, research notes, and anything else that I might use to help me remember to be positive, true to myself and my beliefs, to live and appreciate each and every moment I have left to live; to always be learning and forever thankful- because I've taken way too many moments for granted.
I tried to post a few days ago from my cell phone and it messed the entire page up...not sure why, but I'm trying to correct the issue and plan to start FRESH on Monday Nov. 11, 2012. I hope to have others who are interested and may want to offer their advise or 'secrets' to help our new journey.
However I will be here; for myself, those I love and live for, and those who love me. All are welcome~Peace & Prayers Always
